LAKEWOOD, Ohio - Four boaters were rescued from Lake Erie after their boat capsized near Lakewood. The United States Coast Guard said they dispatched a rescue boat for four people who's boat capsized near Lakewood at 3: 30 p.m. Sunday. Lakewood Police, Fire and EMS were also called to scene near the cliff between the ends of Kenneth Lane and Maple Cliff Drive. All four boaters were able to make it to shore, and Lakewood Fire proceeded to pull the victims up the cliff using rope lines. It is unknown at this time if any of the boaters suffered injuries.
